Israeli Salad - The Supper Hub



3 tbsp – Cilantro
3 tbsp – Dill
3 tbsp – Mint
1 cucumber
6 Roma Tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 green “
1 yellow “
1 carrot
3 green onions
3 cloves garlic minced
Juice from 1½ lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Chop everything. Chop, chop, chop. Mix together and serve as a side salad or with rice.
