Breakfast or Snack Roll-ups

1 Whole grain tortilla (10")
1 tbs french vanilla organic yogurt
1 crushed graham cracker
5 strawberries
Spread yogurt across to edges of tortilla. Slice strawberries in half and place along one side of tortilla. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers across strawberry row and roll up until the opposite side. Slice in 1" slices and serve.

Another worthwhile variation is;

 Whole grain tortilla (10 ")
1 Banana
2 tbs complimentary spread (Wow Butter - peanut and gluten free)
Spread Wowbutter evenly over each of the entire tortillas  (not much is needed)

Slice banana lengthwise and lay each half along the base of each tortilla and then wrap or begin to roll the banana half up from the one side to the other. Cut into 1" sections and serve.
