Creamy Carrot Soup


















Creamy Carrot Soup













1 table spoon  butter
micro for 30 sec.













add:
pepper to taste
1 tsp brown sugar
1 cup chopped onions (grab 2 of my 1/2 cup bag of onions previously chopped)
micro for 2 min.













add:
1 lb chopped carrots
2 Chicken Bullion Cubes (dissolve in 4 cups boiled water)
micro for 20-30 min (soft carrots)











Blend the daylights out of it till creamy!


 So delicious and freezes well for another day too!
